Epoxy Floor (2 Car Garage)

Epoxy Flooring is the perfect solution to making your garage space looking and feeling like a showroom. Not only is it visually appealing but it also resists dirt, oil stains, and water unlike concrete floors. Epoxy Flooring install is typically a two day process. Your garage must be cleared out prior starting. The first day is used to even the surface and prep with a sealer. The second day is used to complete the epoxy installation with color of your choice. Epoxy must then dry for 48 hrs prior to being driven on. On rare occasions, excessive moisture can add an extra day to the process with extra cost. If applicable, you will be made aware of this situation prior to work starting.

5BD/3BA Home Clean

We bring all of the cleaning supplies, and we'll even work with you to make a custom-fit cleaning list to ensure that your specific home's needs are met. Any request out of the regular scope of work is charged at an hourly rate.

Residential Carpet Cleaning

Here's what is included when you treat your carpets to a spa day: We vacuum every square inch of your carpets with a Brush Pro to get rid of any debris that need agitation. We apply our hydrogen based pre-spray to your carpet to loosen any remaining soils, identifying specific stains and treating each stain with the proper chemistry to remove the stain. We then steam clean and rinse the carpets with our truckmount system sucking up any and all dirt, grime and slime along the way. Our truck is capable of 250°F and will ensure proper elimination of those allergens that are lying under your carpets surface. As Each room is finished we place a fan to ensure a speedy dry down, often having the carpets ready to go by the time we wrap up the job. Last, I gently rake your carpet to lift its fibers up. This allows your carpet to finish its drying process by getting airflow between all carpet fibers. To make sure that your carpet stays clean as long as possible we offer Scotch Guard carpet protector.

Tile and Grout Cleaning

Here is our process for tile and grout cleaning: We sample an area of the tile to decide which of our biodegradable chemicals will work best for your grout. After picking the right solution for your tile we then spray it down and allow the soils to loosen. After allowing the chemical to dwell for a few minutes we begin agitating the tile and grout. We then bring in our steam and vacuum hoses from our truckmount system and steam the grout lines to new condition.
